    Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport, since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city and all the major hotels are centrally located. 
    A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Ljubljana with arrival May 23, 2023, and departure May 27- 28, 2023 for the conference. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.

    Informative prices are in EUR and include one-night stay per room including buffet style breakfast (VAT and tourist tax included).

    Reservation

    Accommodation can be booked by completing the on-line Registration Form by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as a guarantee and will not be charged unless agreed so. 

    All requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis. 
    In order to guarantee your booking please book before April 5, 2023.  After this date rooms can be booked upon availability.

    Payment

    Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.

    Changes to and cancellation of accommodation

    Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and cannot be made online nor directly with the hotel. 

    Cancellations received:

    • before April 5, 2023, are non-chargeable.
    • from May 1 – May 15, 2023, one night will be debited to your credit card.
    • from May 15, 2023, the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.

    “No show” the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.

    Group booking conditions:

    • Accommodation bookings for larger groups of participants necessitate a one-night deposit. 
    • Until March 10, 2023 full accommodation needs to be paid in order for the specified rooms to be booked. 
    • Any changes or cancellations will be accepted until March 5, 2023. 
    • Refunds less a 60 EUR handling fee will be given before March 5, 2023. 
    • From March 6, 2023 onwards, no refund will be possible.
