Registration is required for all Conference participants and accompanying persons.

How to Register:

Please create a new user account with your e-mail address and password. Than continue the on-line procedure. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive an automatically generated summary to your e-mail address.

If you have co-authored and submitted any conference paper through our paper submission portal, then you must use the same username and password as you did for the paper submission.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. New password will be sent to your e-mail account (please check also the spam folder).

Otherwise, you should create a new user account and follow the provided instructions.

If you select one of the ‘EACD member’ fees, we will check your membership once you saved your registration. In the event somebody registers at the reduced membership rate without being a member, we keep the right to cancel this registration. As a standard policy of EACD, delegates of EACD Ljubljana 2023 who register via one of the ‘EACD non-member’ registration categories, are automatically given a 1-year EACD membership as part of their registration for the EACD Annual Meeting. Membership fees are exempt from VAT. on goods and services | art. 44, §2 of the Belgian VAT Code

Undergraduate, Master's/expert and doctoral students’ Resident Medical intern/Resident psychologist intern/Resident nurse intern can register at the student fee. Please have proof of present enrolment in an academic institution; the system will ask for it when you go to register.

* "Physician" registration applies for Medical Doctors holding a proffesional medical degree
** "Delegate" registration applies for therapists, dietitians, nurse specialists, educators, etc.
*** "Developing countries defined according to https://www.research4life.org/access/eligibility/
**** "Family" registration applies to a person or both persons with a childhood disability, as well as family members of a person with a childhood disability (i.e., parents).

The registration regular fee and students fee includes:

  • Participation in all lectures
  • Congress bag including programme
  • Admission to Welcome Reception
  • Meals and refreshments: daily coffee breaks and conference lunch
  • USB drive with abstracts

The registration fee for Accompanying persons includes:

  • Sightseeing Tour of Ljubljana
  • Admission to Welcome Reception
  • Conference Dinner
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Important

  • Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s)
  • All payments should have the notification "EACD"
  • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
  • Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
  • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

Registration Confirmation 

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than April 5, 2023, will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after April 5, 2023, will not be refunded. 

Changes in registration

Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 10 EUR will be charged.

Conference Identification Badge 

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Tickets to social events will be collected at the entrance. 

Attendance Certificate

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants. 

Lunches 

Lunches are included in the registration fee and will be served at lunchtime.


Coffee breaks

During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing congress badges.
